Hi everyone, and thankyou for the wonderful home brew recipes. Myself and two friends decided to have a go at home brewing and found your site. Currently we are brewing
Cider
Carrot Wine
Carrot Whiskey
Dried Elderflower Wine
Dried Elderberry Wine
Parsnip Wine
and Worzels Orange Wine.
All started last week and popping away....our hubbies/partners think we are mad, spending our time cutting up carrots etc., but wait till Summer yay. Much better than a knitting circle. :drunk:

what recipe did you use for ur dried elderflower wine? ive got 250grams of them and im planning a 5 litre wine, i wont need all of them in the wine right enough
