New brewshop in Oldham

Can I ask the moderators what the protocol is for informing members of a new hb shop in my area ?
Don't want to inadvertently spam . Is name address and phone no.ok? I have the owners permission ,its a fledgling company so they don't have a website yet, but the do have most of the usual equipment ,Tooheys Coopers kits ,plus various wine kits, Ham Bard gasbottles , refills valves.
