I am new to brewing, did my first kit which was a youngs harvest lager which i bottled after 10 days and is now conditioning at room temp under the stairs since saturday. Today i have just started the better brew czech pilsner kit which will be my second brew. I used 1kg dextrose and added a 35 g saaz hop tea as my first experiment adding hops, hope i am not jumping into it too fast! Fermentor is also under stairs sat at 21 degrees. I have been reading this forum for weeks and the wealth of shared knowledge is brilliant and has helped me get started. Thought i should join and share my experience as a newb.
