Hello all,i am new to home brewing, bought the coopers DIY kit and have brewed 3 batches to date. Coopers Australian pale ale, wilco golden ale and woodfordes wherry. Drank the first and enjoyed it, bottle conditioning the other 2. Found the forum useful and plan to try many types of kit to settle on a favourite and then try tweaking it.
