hi im new to wine making i started with a kit containing everything i needed to brew a pinot grigio with all the addertives labled 12345 also in the kit were tubs of other addertives for making your own wine but with different names to the ones in the pinot kit one of them is pectolase and the other is campden tablets at what point during brewing do i use these i would be gratefull of any addvice thanks jimbob

Take a look at the following how to guide http://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=10179 this will explain the product you have an their uses and when to add them. It's pretty much the same for most wines. You will only need pectolase in a fruit wine to break down the pectin.
