Hello All
Hi I've just joined the forum, I have been making wine for a few years now, and this year I have decided to try to be self sufficient in alcohol, so I bought a cider press and have 15 gallon on the bubble and I am now going to start brewing beer.
I have never done beer before but am going to go all grain from the start so will be asking loads of questions, Cheers. :cheers:
