Nelson’s Revenge SG

Morning,
Just tested my Nelson’s Revenge SG, it was 1.038 when I started fermentation and 1 week later today it’s at I believe 1.004. I’m not completely familiar with reading SG yet but that’s what I think it says, see attached photo. Am I correct and is that about right and should I leave it another week or so or bottle it now?

if it stays at that reading for another 2 days then bottle i'd say.

Although its difficult to be exact looks about 1.006 to me if your hydrometer is read at the bottom of the meniscus* so its probably done. So do as @lupinehorror suggests.
