At that sort of strength you are making an apple wine rather than a cider.
Somewhere on the site is the suggestion that adding sugar to apple juice is not a good move for a turbo cider.
Since you are aiming to almost double the strength of an apple juice plus cider (beer?) yeast brew, I am going to have to question how and why you think this might work well.
You might be better off looking at a WOW style approach, using wine yeast and a mix of grape and apple juices.
I'd echo the info above, look at making an apple wine following the WOW principles. But as a pointer if you're after a recipie, you'll need to say how much you're looking to make. The common sizes are 1 or 5 gals, as they're the sizes of the fv's you will normally get from a LHBS.
