I have a question and my I've misplaced the hydrometer so am awaiting a new one in the post but the thing is I got 3 wines that I started around 7 days ago
2 x Mulled (spicy) wine brews and a Rhubarb wine
All 3 have stopped bubbling so do I rack them off into clean demi-jons and give em another week before puting the stop brewing powder in or do I stop the ferment now rack off and bottle?.
I'm thinking of racking the Rhubarb off and leaving for another couple of weeks does this sound about right??
any feedback would be very helpful
