Need help

Needing help :)
Im new to this but I started in July 19 with Wherry and it was great. fizz on opening, good head and taste etc. Then tried it again but it didnt work out. No fizz? No head? just flat. Tried it again with an Admiral but same result again. Tried again with a Pilsner but same thing happened, tastes ok -ish but no bubbles/fizz no hiss on opening either and tastes flat. Ive followed the instructions on the pack to the letter as far as I can see. Sterilization of everything, washing off, temperatures etc. Am I missing something?

Welcome to the forum.
Your problem is with the bottle carbonation, so adding the quantity of priming sugar you need then leaving somewhere at fermenting temperature is your issue.
Did you use carbonation drops or add sugar just prior to bottling?
Also a newbie mistake is to think that the beer is "done" once it's in the bottle. It needs another 2 weeks in the warm, then another 2 in the cool to come right.

Thats really helpful thanks Richie_asg1 I followed the instructions on the pack which says add 1/2 tsp sugar per pint. (I used brewing sugar) then it says keep warm for 2 days then cold for 2 weeks, which I did.
Can I warm them up and chill them again as you suggest? or have they had their day?

Hi mossleyhall.
Bottle conditioning invariably takes 6 weeks in my experience. You can bring them back into the warm without harming the beer. Try to keep them about 2 degrees either side of 15C for a fortnight before finishing them off for at least another two weeks (4 would be better) at 12C.
