Looking back I remember this one well. I got a problem with my boiler and the element melted(thank goodness I was there) again from my notes;
19/11/83-Blew up my boiler-welcome Electrim at ã25.20 and it`s first mash.
`China Syndrome` Lager.
9lb lager malt
5oz Crystal Malt
2oz Saaz(hops)
2oz Hallertau(hops)
Grey owl lager culture.
Was this one a winner???? Alas no-it was thrown away 12/3/84. Lager was not easy.
