*like a kid at Christmas*

I don't know which to start first. Of course I have three 25-30L FVs, so theoretically I could have two on the go

I would get the Simply and any of the others on to start with.

Simply should come into condition pretty quick, about a month. All those others will take two and get better and better with longer.

+1 for just 3 on and just bottle priming the first one out! That means more beer conditioning and that is NEVER a bad thing!!!

You lot are such bad influences!!! That would mean I'd have to leave one out

Of course... I could pass by my not-so-local agri centre to see if they have any 30L fûts... then I could "theoretically" have all 4 on the go at once  :nono:

I mean... who needs a dining room table to eat off anyway

That's the wrong way to look at it...

...that's just the first one in the next batch of three which you will go and buy while the first three ferment...

From one of your other posts about shortage of space to store things. I think I have solved your problem.
Where ever you decide is going to be your storage area, first put up a couple of shelves, as long as you can make them and about 6-9inches wide.
Then put the measly few kits you have bought on the shelves neatly. Go buy more kits and as each one is bought, place it on the shelf next in line. Carry on and it will probably take you a couple of years to fill the available shelf space.
Imagine your joy each morning, going to your " cellar " and viewing the racks of beer kits, all those varieties and styles, imagine the pleasure of savouring in your mind how each kit will taste, their colours and hues.
You will cut your storage problem by 80 per cent and no extra space will be required for FV's empty bottles and ancillary equipment. The pure undiluted ( ha ) pleasure of beer kits without all the hassle and dissapointment's , bad backs and wet hands.
Imagine the look on the faces of your friends and relation's when you invite them round for some home brew and you point out each individual kit sat in their own space on the shelves.
Oh the joy .

   only joking of course. Congratulations on the start of your journey towards becoming a beerophile....

If you want to stay cheap go to your local indians and ask if they have any empty mango chutney/lime pickle barrels. They are al least 30L (still to calabrate mine). When you get it though wash it then fill it up with 4-6 lemons cut up and squeezed, a couple of tubs of bicarbonate of soda and warm water and leave for a week. This should get rid of the smell and make it good to go :thumb:
