just wanted to say that she got me a valentines day gift today which consisted of:

100g willamette hops
100g cascade hops
500g rauchmaltz
munstons gold yeast
windosr yeast
safale t-57 (cant quite remember the number, but supposed to be peppery)

I am a happy man!! :D :grin: :D

cooking her a fillet steak tonight as shes done very well.
 
It's T-58 rob, Goes very nice in a porter

Im sure mine wants me out the house. Today at the garden centre I was looking at summer houses and she agreed I could have one at the bottom of the garden and turn it into a PUB :shock:
 
I got my missus and her mum to buy me barley bottom vouchers for xmas and my birthday - over £50 i`ve had so far :thumb: got loads of hops and yeast enough for at least 15 brews :cool:
