My first brew!

Hi all. Would like to say thanks to everyone who has helped on this forum an have finally made my first small batch (1 gallon). I now have a little more confidence to make a larger batch.

I used light malt extract and saaz and it came in at 4%

Well done mate : but why only one gallon?

Mostly lack of space and I didn't want to **** up a 5 gallon batch.

I think I will make 1 more 1 gal with different malt and hops then make a larger one.
