Was going to do my house brew, Bouncing Squirrel but I was short of challenger hops 
so I sort of did it . Added an extra 10gramms of fuggles and 30 grams of progress last 15 min

500 gramms crystal

50 gramms fuggles
30 gramms challenger ( the last of )
15 min
30 gramms Progress
irish moss ( yep I remembered it this time )

Needless to say their is 22 litres in the FV at 1050
I now have 3 FV's full and 1 empty cornie and 2 other cornies almost empty so the stocks will be back up to pretty much full in the next few weeks.
Oh the stout I did a month ago tastes fantastic shame I cant remember what it is called or what went in it....
