This has S30 inlet valve for co2... I was wondering if these things include a pressure release device at all, and if so, when does it operate@

Does it have a rubber seal around the outside of the valve? If so, this is likely your pressure release valve. My King Keg has one but I'm not certain they are all the same.

I don't know what pressure they release at but do know from experience that they work.

You may have a band on the s30 (usually brown) or a seperate pressure relief valve with a yellow band, just use a fingernail on either of them to release some pressure - or take a pint out of the barrel.
