Regular.
Evening chaps and chapesses,
I've ordered some yeast and grain to get a brew on, on Friday. The recipe is as follows:
WLP550 Belgian Ale Yeast
2.0Kg Pilsner Malt
2.0Kg Flaked Wheat
1.0Kg Munich Malt
0.500g Rolled Oats
Saaz 30g 90 Mins
In the past I made a Hoegaarden Clone that replaced the Munich Malt with Wheat Malt so I'm interested in tasting the difference. I'm quite new to running up my own recipes so it's all a bit of fun to see what 'interesting' beers I could come up with. I'm even thinking of replacing the Saaz with some Bramling Cross for a complete twist of the style and just to see how it turns out. Any thoughts?
Although I like to stay true to styles, it can't hurt having a bit of fun.
Will likely add coriander and oranges to flavour. I'm open to suggestions on the flavouring too.

What about adding a lime to make things interesting?
