I made myself a little Keezer for my flat... I wanted something small so that it didn't take up my entire living area. It only has 1 corny keg, but I think I can set up a 5L mini-keg in to the system too...but haven't done that yet...

Check out some of the images of the build process and final keezer here along with some crazed ramblingnotes on the build here...although I haven't really finished writing that bit up, I just got on with it and built the thing! It needed to be ready for a Xmas Party!

It took me about 1 month to do all the manual work in the evenings, between drinking a few beers and general work. I haven't added up the entire cost of the build but I think it was probably around £200-250.

Hope you all like it! It's only been working for 2 days so far but I am pretty happy with it! :) Let me know if you have any questions!

I got lots of inspiration from posts here and the reddit home brewing community!

Cool, built up mine recently using a larder fridge off ebay (£10.50 for an almost brand new Indesit fridge!), haven't decided yet whether its a fermentation fridge or a kegerator, the initial plan was for fermenting but I wasn't expecting to get anything presentable so it might get promoted to kegerator. I think the answer will depend whether it holds 3 kegs or not (really should check, I've got them in the shed) and whether another nice fridge/freezer pops up on ebay. I'll need a heater in there anyway regardless as the garage it'll live in is freezing over the winter.
