I've put a brew on this Saturday afternoon - IPA Muntons - fizzed and bubbled as per norm - came home this evening and had a quick peek and its no longer fizzing but a sea of tranquility. Temperature 20-22 degrees is this right? Is it finished? Cheers

Nope. Leave it at least a week then check the specific gravity. When its the same for three days, then its done.

Unlikely, that's practically water. How far out the brew was the hydrometer sticking?
