Hi guys
I’m about to do one of these Flagship kits for the first time and a general query re the hops..
The instructions say to just put them into the wort directly (at Phase 2) and then use the provided mesh bag as a filter for your syphon. Surely it would just be easier to use the bag as a hop sock and put them into that or am I missing something?
Happy to do either, just thinking out loud…..
