Muntons Connoisseur IPA Bitter

First time of brewing this kit so that its done correctly and gives the best flavour just wondering 1 or 2 things.


Its had 10 or so days in FV. Bubbling is next to nothing, OG was around the .38 mark and current gravity is .12. When I opened the FV to take a reading it seemed really fizzy (the sort where you enhale it and it tickles the lungs). Anyone whos done this kit reckon its ready to be barreled up?


Bit gutted now i didnt add hops after reading some of the reviews

Not done this kit but after 10days it should be done, if the gravity reading is the same for a couple days then go ahead and bottle or barrel, 1012 is good for a final gravity :thumb:
