A day off tomorrow so have this planned for the morning; going to be using WLP810 San Francisco Lager yeast as I have a cellar at 16C at this time of the year

Brew length 23L
4694g Weyermann Pilsner (94%)
240g Weyermann Munich I (4.8%)
60g Weyermann Melanoidin (1.2%)
38g Hallertauer Mittlefrueh AA 5.2% 60mins
mash 90mins at 66C; boil 90mins
OG 1049; FG 1010: ABV 5.1%; IBU 19.2; EBC 7.8
San Francisco Lager yeast WLP810 4L starter

a Helles is a malty lager, so no, not a lot of hops.

However, Abey, I will be doing an APA over the weekend that does have a lot of hops :D but also an 80/- which also does not have a lot of hops :?
 
All done and dusted, 22.5L at 1054, so will liquor back a small bit
