I've seen a 120L conical fermenter on ebay and was thinking of buying one so that I can multi-batch brew.
At the moment I use beer kits (mostly Munton's 1.8Kg range) but would much rather be able to make up 5 kits at a time. I have 8 Young's 25L poly barrels, and might even by more.
I've used kits fore about 10 years now, but feel I am ready to go to that next stage of full grain brewing.
Can anybody give me any advice of the pro's & cons of multi-batch brewing?
