Moving on from kits

Hello all. I live in Banbury and have been brewing beer from kits for a while and making wines from scratch. Now I intend to go industrial on my beer brewing!!! Thought it would be a good idea to glean some of your wisdom as I embark on this adventure!

 

Start by reading the "How to" guides on the Forum.
They contain a wealth of information.

Do you mean literally 'Industrial'? then read 'The Microbrewers Handbook' by Ted Bruning.

If you just mean going homebrew all grain, I agree with the other comments. You can find out everything you need to know and more using the search facility here. I did.
