What does colder temps do to beer in the bottes. Mines has been carbonating for 2 weeks now at room temp and is now fully carbed. Does moving the bottles to a cooler temp help make it less cloudy or something. I'm only moving it because of what I have read on here. Also will the shed be cold enough I can't fit 40 bottles in the fridge unless I remove all the food which I'm sure the wife Would love lol.

Go for it John.. :thumb:

Now you are in "conditioning mode" the beer will now start to clear  (I hope for you)...you will see the old dead yeast cells drop out and settle to the bottom of the bottles..

Thanks dieseljockey. Might bin all our food and put bottles in fridge. Beer is more important after all.

Understand 100%.. :thumb: :thumb:

One big problem there.....

THE WIFE.... ..may the beer gods have mercy on whats left of your soul....

No problem with storing beer in the shed, this recent very cold weather, all the beer was in the shed, bitter, lager, brown ale, cider, didn't do anything to it, well, saved my having the fridge on in the shed!!!
Go for it mate!
