So my latest brew has finished fermenting, and I was planning on bottling it today but unfortunately I wasn't able to buy a capper. Instead I decided to buy another fermenting bin and I plan on moving the beer to that for another week or so until I can get a capper.

I was just wondering, firstly, is this a good idea? And, secondly, is there anything I could do at this stage that would improve the flavour of the beer?

Thanks!

Moving to a secondary FV won't do it any harm. You could try adding a few hops in a bag to give it a more hoppy aroma. Not sure what else you can add to improve it at this late stage. Time to condition usually helps. Give it a few weeks to a couple of months conditioning.
