Good morning people.
Im an engineer by education (now do property - more money) so I like to 'fix' problems and find interesting solutions to things. Started homebrew at the start of Lockdown20 from boredom, and I now have a bit of a garage full. I;'m still at the 'kit' stage, trying to perfect this, so I understand the details that make a really good (or as good as I can get) wine from a kit. I have iSpindels to measure SG and I use BetterBrewing FV which I like cos they are clear and 'slim' for 27 litres. Im in Minehead, somerset.
