It is disgusting what the have been able to get away with, right across the UK. I guess Charlie's Green agenda might help of of this but I'm not holding my breath. As someone who is in the sea as much as I can be, knowing that I'm not swimming in cr@p is pretty important to me!

Which would you rather swim in? I used to swim in the pond as a kid, full of fish and never got ill. I'd not swim in one even with a single human (or dog for that matter) cr@p in

Also, I think her maths is wrong. She's paid less than half the bill, despite quoting that the charge for wastewater is less (92.5%) than the price of the used water.

I would rather swim in the sea, and do regularly. A lot of uninformed locals were complaining of the brown murky sea water we were experiencing after a recent downpour, everyone though it was ****. It in fact was peat stained river water. The uplands are all beat bogs and the rivers are often brown with peat water. Drone footage showed the brown river flowing into the habour and then the sea. This still wasn't enough to convince them. No issues swimming in it and no turds seen.
