My first MJ kit after doing AG for the last 6 months. Kit plus 1kg brewing sugar, slightly short at 21l targeted at a corny. OG 1048 is higher than anticipated. Scent is lovely and fruity, acid level is good.
in another first it’s christening my All Rounder with pressure kit so also my first pressure fermentation.
looking forward to a corny full of something similar to Brewdog Cosmic Raspberry for the warm weather we hope will come.
