Hello all
Currently fermenting a witbier using the above yeast.
It's still going after nearly three weeks and dropped from 1042 to 1006. It's been on a heat pad at 24 and been upped to 26 the last few days but it's still bulging the lid and bubbling a bit through the blow off tube
Does this yeast normally take this long?
