Hi all,
I'm planning a kolsch brew day next weekend. I've got a couple of packets of yeast and wondered whether I should use them both together?
I have a pack of lallemand koln and a pack of k-97. What do people think about me pitching both? I was going to get a couple of packs of CML kolsch to use, but realised I have the other two packs already so should I just use those?
I've used the lallemand koln before and was underwhelmed with the final product, so happy to spend a few quid on new yeast if it will make a better brew.
Thoughts?
