Appreciate a milk stout isn't everyone's 'cup of tea' but I've grown to really like them. I got a wonderful gift at Christmas - Mikkellers Book Of Beer. Has a good few recipes in along the lines of easy to complicated. This comes in under 'easy' so feel quite comfortable with it as I've only done 3 AG brews so far.

Thoughts appreciated. Also if anyone knows where I can get hold of the only thing I don't have from the list - The Pale Chocolate (Leeds area. Or Burton over this coming weekend)

Cheers!

Can't add much but looks a good recipe. I recently tried my first milk stout and I liked it alot. Sweet with an after burn of roasted coffee..... superb Deffo relocating this recipe

Wow is it really that abv with a small grain bill
Forgive me but I'am still a novice

I did wonder if those grains had the ability to get to 6% I can only think the lactose is helping out
