Found my way here via another member. Like the forum a very resourceful tool for all you hb. I hve been brewing for over a year now and have just moved onto making some wine from 'fresh' ingrediants. There's nothing quite like homebrew and I am most excited about reading tips and sharing recipes.

Hi Brock and welcome to the forum

So whereabouts are you, what are you making, and what's this about mash?

hello badgers, are you Hawkwind's dave brock, can I claim my tenner?

The Campaign for Real RealityAs far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality.

Thanks folks indeed I am not anything to do with hawkwind so sorry to disappoint you. My name comes from the fact that in reality my children mock me and call me daddy badger or badge for short the conglomeration of loves mash is a bit of a pun. If you remeber bodger he had a badger called badger funilly enough and like him I also love mash. Mash is also a term used for hb.

My pineapple wine came 'alive' my white is settling and my eldberry is still fermenting
