First post :)

Hi all I have been brewing for about a month and half now I have done the coopers lager kit and the coopers mexican cerveza kit I followed the instructions on the tin so I used the brew enhancers recommended on the coopers tins, yeast that came in the tin and also brewed the beer to the temps on the tins....

I will be brewing my second mexican cerveza to day I have the coopers tin the brewing enhancer 2 and the yeast that comes in the tin I just would like to know the best temp if I should use this yeast and the best way you lot gave brewed this.

I ask this because I have been reading alot of different ways other then the coopers way on the side of the tin :?:

Any help/advice would be grate before Mix it later

Thanks lee

Ferment between 18 and 21 degrees Celsius, don't worry if its under that it will just take longer. I'd avoid going above that as you run the risk of creating off tastes and fusel alcohol which develops at higher temps.

Read calumscott's thread in the how to section for kits, follow that and you won't go wrong!
