Hello everyone

New year, new hobby.

I'm new at brewing and have just started on a cabernet sauvignon that I bought in a kit from Wilkos (I'm sure I will have more to say about it another time)

My dad used to brew pilsner and occasion wines years ago but given he passed away I'm not able to go to him for advice.

My main goal was to gain some experience in brewing now so that later this year I can try my hand at turning some of the output from my new beehive into mead.

That said I quite like the occasional wine and ale myself... 😊

Kind regards

Stuart

Sounds like an excellent way to use that rapeseed honey that's set like concrete in the comb.
