National Geographic, 9 o'clock Thursday evening.

Ive seen the advert on the Goggle Box for this a few times and thought i would share with you fellow brewers.

Whilst i know they wont be giving away any secrets or key information I think this will be a good watch. It covers everything from choosing and harvesting the grains all the way through to bottling/kegging and selling the stuff. I cant wait to see how its done and see the large scale of it all.

Was lucky enough to get a quick tour round the Guiness factory a Park Royal on London while we were working there.

ive always sort of wondered what a floating widget did, now seeing that demonstrated on the show makes me think it was a smart guy that thought of that invention. i liked my coopers irish stout, it was splendid, just kegged my extract stout last night and after a try from the fv im well impressed, its going to be stunning!
