Medium attenuation, fruity, english, dry yeast for a low ABV mild

Lost track of things, to discover I had agreed to brew a low abv mild for an upcoming event.

Want medium to low attentuation to give body and keep abv down.

So, S04 would be one option, windsor another.....recommendations please.

I've never used it, but Mangrove Jack's Empire yeast is meant to give fruity esters and medium attenuation.

Yes, MJ Empire Ale yeast would be good, along with a higher mash temp?

Lager yeast fermented warm would not be the end of the world - if you're looking at dry yeasts then the obvious ones would be the lower attenuators like Windsor/S-33/Muntons (all essentially the same thing) or M15 Empire. Going liquid allows you more characterful yeasts like WLP041 or 1469, one of the Brewlab yeasts would be better still. If the logistics mean that you could be moving it around close to the event then you either want to rack it or use a yeast that you know will drop like a stone, like WLP002 or 1968.

If it's for an event then you don't want to get too experimental, but it might be interesting to set a gallon aside and let T-58 loose on it - it's a slightly phenolic cousin of the Windsor/S-33/Muntons gang that would probably work quite well.
