Check this out - I've just listened to this from start to finish. "Steve" from the Meantime Brewery gives an amazing insight into how they make their IPA and beers in general. Some really interesting stuff about Maris Otter, fermentation temp and hop utilisation. :thumb:

Awesome set of interviews anyway. That's one of the reasons I did a 10G batch of meantime porter this weekend! :thumb:

browse the channel you want

click on the show you want to download

click on 'download mp3' or right click and select 'save target as' if it plays in wmp directly!

transfer via itunes etc.

I tried Meantime IPA a few weeks ago, & wasn't that impressed to be honest.

The Meantime London porter was a nice drink though, not one of the best porters I have ever had but a nice beer.

Usually between 10 and 20 minutes. You get used to it after a while; I actually find some of it mildly entertaining... :whistle:
