Maximum fermentables ?

What's the maximum amount of fermentables you can safely add to a one can kit? The reason I ask is that I am so pleased with my Irish stout made with a combination of muscovado , white sugar and treacle that I want to repeat it , but I would like more mouth feel and body so would be looking to add malt.

If I replace some of the sugar directly with malt some of the volume won't be converted to alcohol , so could I add 1.5 x to keep the same alcohol but add body?
