Hi guys

I've sourced an old maxi chiller 110 that for whatever reason dosent have a pump for cold water recirculation. I'm planning on using it for chilling my SS Brewtech fermenter which with the ftss kit comes with a submersible pump which turns on when temp drops below a certain temp in the fermenter . My plan was to drop the pump into the reservoir on the maxi holler and connect up to the fermenter. Does this sound like it will work or can anyone see any issues with this?

should work fine, just pull the agitator motor and drop the submersible pump in the centre of the product coils to replace it.

an astonish oxi tub top makes a reasonable replacement waterbath cap thru which yu can feed the pump out feed and the coolant return

you may want to rinse out the waterbath of any debris before exposing your pump to it, have fun with that if you do, an extra strong pair of arms can help too.
