Having nothing worthy of entering or fitting the classes, I shall be brewing this as an emergency brew tommorrow..

4kg of something
400grm of something
100grm of something else
70grm of something
30 grm of something
15 grm of something
11 grm of something
1/2 of something else
and some water at some kind of temperature for some kind of time.
Anyway it should be 1045
around 22EBC colour (can't tell you exactly as young don't bother labeling up their malt)
and 49 IBU

I'm now praying for the herms to work no problems, and this to condition dam fast :pray: :pray:

Just got a rolling boil at 10:20am, so Now have time to update.
My herms worked at treat but the return into the tun was blocking up with grain etc from the mash :wha: So a quick ferret around in the garage, found me making a 360 degree spreader thingy using a tank coupling and a 2" repair washer and some solder :hmm: Works a treat!

Nope it is / was an ESB. Things are looking odd in the FV though :wha:
The yeast is floating all by itself some small pieces of cauliflower but they aren't holding up the yeast?
Think I'll give it a stir in the morning and see what it looks like tomorrow night.
