Mash Tun Cleaning

What is the best/easiest way of cleaning out a mash tun?

PBW or similaar oxy-type cleaners.

I just tip mine out into a bin bag and rinse with a hosepipe

No need to be squeaky clean. Hot water and a little detergent does it fine.

In my earlier reply I assumed that you were referring to a dirty or stained mash tun.
I, too, simply rinse it out as the wort is boiling, and I also run water through the pump at the same time,

Haha @Bigcol49 I read that as you rinse it out WHILST the wort is boiling . I like to imagine you make very special beer :P.

Today will be my first day using a pump if I can bring myself to go out to the garage and set everything up!

Oh and if I can choose what to make!

Don't try boiling in your mash tun

I line mine with a bag,sparge,squeeze,lift out and dump contents. Rinse bag in hot water,hang on line,rinse tun,dry with kitchen roll.
