Hi all. A little intro of me; my name is Mark and I am still “green” in the brewers world.
I started fermenting/brewing this year when my wife and I picked lots of fruit on our walks. So far I have made plum wine and cider (arguably an apple wine though) and also having a go at sloe gin.
I have just posted my first post, in hope I can get help with a problem, however I intend to be a regular on here and hope to take advantage of any tips and tricks of the trade.
