So this month I’ve got on the go:-
Just short of 5 gallon batch of strawberry wine.
A butternut squash and thyme wine - about 3 gal (can’t get the thyme until tomorrow).
In the middle is just a gal of a honey and apple juice brew. Also added some orange zest and juice & a bit of tannin. It’s gone dark again - probably because I’ve used the same honey and added some citric acid to it. I have loads of the stuff though ugh! I’m going to put fruit in secondary but I haven’t decided what fruit yet. The husband says it tastes like toffee apples
So I’ll see how these ones go!
Edit: the butternut squash ones are off already! Only had the yeast in about 1 and a half hours! Never seen anything like it!
