Mangrove Jack M31 yeast

Greetings,
I added MJ M31 to a Belgium Dubbel 10l kit, in a 20l fermentor approx 2 weeks ago.
Due to the large space I didn't expect it to go crazy!!
There has not been any activity, not even a single bubble. Does MJ not produce much CO2?? Or it it like the Norwegian parrot..

Have you checked the gravity? That’s the only way to know really.

Most of the time it’s just the fermenters not sealed properly (which is nothing to worry about).

I pitched M31 into a saison, underpitched a little, and it was fermenting less than 12 hours later. And that was from a package that I bought more than two years ago. But I always keep my sachets in the fridge.
