Afternoon all

Hope everyone is doing well in these crazy times, and that there are plenty of brews a brewing!

I've just popped a quick intro into me and and why I'm here, and now I'm after a little help/guidance in brewing up my first fruit IPA. I am a huge fan of the Shindigger brand, and was very pleasantly surprised when I tried their Mango Unchained IPA, so I reached out to them and was rather brazen asking what the hell was in it.

The owner has come back to me (they started as mere home brewers initially and are very supportive of all things home brew), not of course he's not going to tell me exact weightings and timings but he was kind enough to confirm that they include Mango & Pineapple extract, and dry hop with Galaxy & Citra, 5g per L.

So with that soupçon of information, does anyone have any recommendations on creating this brew, I'll be sure to document for everyone of course!

Cheers buddy! Will take a look at the now.

had a nightmare day brew wise. In my intro I explained I’d just done a lager, mu first proper lager really, all looking goodso decided to keg her today. All went well until I put the gas on her. Gas shooting put the top of the cannister when I opened the main valve, I assumed the regulator had come lose so I tightened it up. No luck, I reckon she’s had her day and need servicing/replacing.

I’ve contacted a local company who can deliver a new one and take the old oneaway, on Monday. So I’m having to hope and pray that she’ll be on in the keg (nearly full) u til then!

will report back on the video!
