For 25lt

5lt WGJ
5lt Apple & Mango
4kg Granulated sugar - bring to the boil with 3 tsp Lemon juice so it partially converts and dissolves
100g Sultanas (Chopped) I put in with the sugar while it boils.
2.5 tsp Tannin - 3 mugs of strong black tea will do the job if you haven't got tannin powder
3 tsp Tartaric acid
3 tsp Pectolase
Yeast
