Hello!
I am going to do five plambic batches soon an realized i managed to buy malted wheat instead of regular unmalted wheat. What kind of impact will this have on my five batches? It was a sack of 25 kg I managed to buy so I would prefer not to buy a completley new 25 kg sack.
I'm going to do a turbid mash and ferment with Wyeast Belgiam Lambic Blend and Roselare Ale Blend
