Hi, can anyone help with a supplier who'll send 25kg
of malted barley (whole is good) to Sri Lanka?

Big ask, I know, but thought one of you smart cookies might be able to help. Have looked at Brouwland, who'll do it for around 220 Euros airfreight (!!!) Thought Aussie supplier might ship malt but not found one.

Don't need airfreight, old fashioned ship'll do, especially if it saves me 120 euros!

Addendum 4 March 2013 - ended up bringing 25kg pale malt back from Singapore (bought from Neo Say Wee in Singapore - google homebrew and Singapore to get URL, site won't let me post his address). Excess baggage on Tiger came to about £20, not extortionate - you need to pre-book this, though. Was passing through SG and had a 4 hour window between flights to pick up the malt.

Problem worked around if not solved - seems to be the best way to get supplies in this neck of the woods.
