I’ve left this in the keg for around three months now and it has really rounded out. Initially it tasted a bit thin and the coffee was overly bitter but now it is delicious! I bottled half of it to save for Christmas, I‘ll open one up this evening to see how those are getting on, think I might send one in for the dark beers competition.
